Boobas announces PARTNERSHIP WITH THE Mcgrath foundation

Boob Accessory Solutions ( BOOBAS ) have designed a BOOB Bra Strap Converter Clip ( #boobclip )

that not only converts traditional bra straps into racerback bras, it also raises much needed funds for

breast cancer research and awareness, with 50c from every 2pk sold donated to The McGrath Foundation. 

• The McGrath Foundation’s mission is to ensure that no one goes through breast cancer without the care of a breast care nurse. 
• Funding is needed to meet our goal of 250 McGrath Breast Care Nurses by 2025, as we work towards our mission of ensuring that no one misses out on care. 
• The McGrath Foundation raises funds to support people with breast cancer by providing specialist McGrath Breast Care Nurses where they are most needed across Australia. 
• The McGrath Foundation funds 193 McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities right across Australia, who have supported over 118,000 families since 2005. 
• The support of a McGrath Breast Care Nurse is available across Australia – for free, whether you’re in the private or public health system. Just check the website and find the nurse closest to you.
• Ninety per cent of women in Australia live within 75km of a McGrath Breast Care Nurse.
• It costs around $140,000 annually to fund a full-time McGrath Breast Care Nurse, which includes training and on-going development.
• McGrath Foundation research shows early access to a McGrath Breast Care Nurse significantly improves the experience and outcomes of a person with breast cancer.
• 20,428 women, and 212 men are expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer in Australia this year. 
• It is predicted that 57 people will be diagnosed with breast cancer in Australia every day this year.

It costs $140,000 to train and employ a McGrath Breast Care Nurse per year.

That is a big goal of 280,000 Boob Clip 2pks sold by Dec 31st 2023!

We are also aiming to keep this going every year through new products that will be released each year.

The BOOB Clips are easily slipped onto each bra strap and by holding one side you can pull the strap up on the other side to move the clip lower. The O’s in the middle make handy finger holes for extra positioning and easy removal at the end of the day.
